Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to support the development, testing, and maintenance of automation systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will work on designing control logic, programming PLCs, troubleshooting automation issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for individuals looking to deepen their expertise in industrial automation and grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and test PLC programs for machine automation.
- Configure logic sequences, I/O mappings, timers, counters, and communication protocols.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, HMIs, VFDs, motors, and other machine components. (Load cell, CT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve PLC hardware and software faults during development, testing, and field deployment.
- Conduct functional testing and commissioning of PLC-controlled systems in factory and onsite environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, ladder logic programs, and operational manuals.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams for smooth system integration.
- Report progress, issues, and solutions to project management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in PLC programming for industrial automation or machinery.
- Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Hands-on experience with PLC brands like Delta, Siemens, or similar.
- Proficient in integrating PLCs with sensors, actuators, VFDs, motors, and other automation devices. (Load
- Cell, Analog devices)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP.
- Understanding of safety interlocks and machine control best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
