About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their Company Secretary qualification or are semi-qualified and looking to build their career with a well-established mid-sized Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm.
The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, secretarial practices, regulatory filings, and advisory work across diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in company incorporation, ROC filings, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.

Draft board resolutions, meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.

Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Support due diligence, secretarial audits, and corporate restructuring assignments.

Track compliance calendars and ensure timely statutory filings.

Assist senior professionals in advisory and compliance-related assignments.
Eligibility Criteria

Semi-Qualified Company Secretary, or
-
Qualified Company Secretary with up to 1 year of experience.

Candidates who have completed (or are proposing to complete) their articleship/training under a Practising Company Secretary (PCS) will be preferred.

Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate secretarial practices.

Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional PCS environment.
