Role Description - Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electronic product design and firmware development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and project managers, to align technical strategies with overall project and business objectives.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and implementing measures for quality assurance.
Technical Architecture: Define and implement robust technical architectures for electronic products, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Problem Resolution: Take a proactive approach in identifying and resolving technical challenges, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Innovation and Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in electronic product design and firmware development. Apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in electronic product design and firmware development.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing project execution and leading
development teams.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or other relevant languages.
In-depth knowledge of firmware development, embedded systems, and electronic product design.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
