Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager
The SEO & Product Executive will be responsible for optimizing the visibility and performance of Moustache Escapes’ website across all three brands (Hostel, Select, and Luxuria). The role combines data-driven SEO strategy, content coordination, and product page management to drive traffic, improve conversion, and enhance user experience.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Design, and Tech teams to ensure each property listing and experience is optimized, well-researched, and conversion-focused.
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.

Optimize on-page elements — title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt tags, and URLs.

Manage and improve internal linking, crawlability, and site structure.

Coordinate with the content team for SEO-driven blog topics and ensure proper keyword inclusion.

Track rankings and traffic through tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and GA4.

Create monthly performance reports and share insights with leadership.

Execute off-page SEO strategies — backlinks, guest posts, and directory submissions.

Monitor Core Web Vitals and page speed in coordination with the product and tech teams.
Ensure each property, experience, or offering on the website is accurately represented and visually appealing.

Coordinate with design and content teams to keep property pages updated with latest images, amenities, pricing, and FAQs.

Optimize product descriptions for search intent and conversion (SEO + UX balance).

Identify and fix broken links, outdated content, or missing data across property pages.

Conduct A/B testing on product layouts, call-to-actions, and visual hierarchy to improve user journey.
Regularly track organic performance and page engagement metrics.

Maintain a monthly SEO + Product performance dashboard in Looker Studio or Sheets.

Derive insights from analytics to improve traffic quality, bounce rate, and conversions.

Prepare competitor benchmarking reports on keywords, domain authority, and backlinks.
Coordinate with:
Tech Team: For resolving SEO issues and implementing schema markup.

Content Team: For keyword-integrated blog content and web copy.

Design Team: For image optimization and UI/UX improvement.

Marketing Team: For aligning organic strategy with paid campaigns and remarketing efforts.
