10+ years of PLM consulting experience with at least one full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PLM implementation, or a substantial Oracle Agile PLM background with a current Cloud PLM migration track record.
Deep functional expertise across Product Hub / Product Data Hub (Product MDM), Product Development, Change Management and Quality.
Experience operating at enterprise scale — millions of items, tens of thousands of BOMs, hundreds of attributes, multi-division product catalogues.
Hands-on integration experience between Oracle Cloud PLM and tier-one ERPs (SAP S/4HANA and / or Oracle JD Edwards / EBS / Fusion ERP), CAD and downstream systems via OIC or equivalent middleware.
Strong grounding in product-data governance, data-quality frameworks, taxonomy / classification design and stewardship operating models.
Experience working in agile / iterative delivery; comfort with both implementation and run / sustainment workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
Life-sciences, medical devices, diagnostics, instruments or regulated manufacturing industry experience.
Direct experience on Oracle Agile PLM → Oracle Cloud PLM migration programmes (planning, data migration, parallel run, cutover).
Familiarity with item commercialisation across very large catalogues (capacity to launch tens of thousands of SKUs in compressed windows).
Exposure to AI / GenAI patterns layered on product master data (classification, duplicate detection, intelligent data entry, change-impact analysis).
Knowledge of UDI, IVDR / MDR, REACH / RoHS, conflict minerals, and other product-compliance frameworks.
Oracle Cloud PLM certification preferred. Candidate should be flexible - 2 pm to 11 pm 1.8-2 LPM + Tax - if candidate is good we can go for higher expecation candidate also 1 Hyrbrid / remote )
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
