Job Purpose
The Hamper Executive is responsible for preparing, assembling, packing, and maintaining high-quality gift hampers according to company standards. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, inventory coordination, and timely completion of customer and corporate orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble gift hampers based on customer requirements and company standards.
- Arrange products neatly and attractively to ensure premium presentation.
- Verify product quality, expiry dates, and packaging before use.
- Pack hampers securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain stock of hamper materials such as baskets, boxes, ribbons, wrapping paper, and accessories.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team to ensure product availability.
- Label, tag, and organize completed hampers for dispatch.
- Ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hamper preparation area.
- Report material shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Assist during festive seasons and promotional campaigns with bulk hamper preparation.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- SSLC / Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit to handle packing and product arrangement.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
