- Android Mobile UE Testing experience
- Self-learner, passionate, attitude to break-the-code, strive towards superior SW quality with zero defects
- Technically sound domain knowledge of Android architecture & its components
- Well versed in Android functional and non-functional testing
- Process oriented, generate Test artifacts & deliverables of high standards
Responsibilities
- Follow Agile methodologies, data driven approach based testing
- Execute the Platform Smoke, Sanity Test cases
- Run the Platform and Component Regression Test suites
- Perform UI/UX, Stability, Exploratory, end-Consumer usability tests
- Google and Motorola Compliance test execution
- KPI performance, Current drain, Thermal measurement testing
- Execute any other platform tests identified by the project lead
- Record the Test execution results and create SW bug reports
- Should be able to create and review test reports
- Provide proper documentation with supporting data & logs for the defect analysis
- Support bug fix verifications and re-run the test cases
- Work in Test case automation and test script development
- Participate in new features use-case design, test case development and reviews
- Aware of latest mobile technologies, trends & concepts
BE / B.Tech (CSE), ME/M.Tech. (ECE/EEE/IT) or any equivalent qualification.
