Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other official documents.
- Manage stationery and office supplies.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meetings.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow up on administrative requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
- Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent)
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of office administration.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Administration or Office Assistant role
