The Barman is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. The role involves maintaining high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, inventory control, and bar presentation. The Barman should have knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and Italian beverage culture to enhance the guest dining experience.
Key responsibilities :
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, coffee, and other beverages as per standard recipes
- Garnish drinks attractively according to restaurant standards.
- Set up the bar before service and close it after operations.
- Minimize beverage wastage and prevent pilferage.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness.
- Clean bar equipment, glassware, refrigerators, and workstations regularly.
