We are looking for a Telesales Executive to communicate with potential customers, provide information about products and services, and maintain customer records. The role involves making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and supporting customer engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about products, services, and offers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with prospective customers as required
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Update customer information in the system
- Support the team in achieving business objectives
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience in telecalling or customer service
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
