Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience in Textiles, Apparel, Home Textiles, Personal Care, or related consumer product industries. The role involves building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through regular field visits and customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase product visibility and ensure effective market penetration.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of Field Sales experience.
- Experience in Textiles, Apparel, Home Textiles, Personal Care, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in handling retailer and distributor networks.
- Good understanding of territory management and market development.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
