Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Professionals who can contribute to business growth by generating leads, handling clients, and closing property sales. The candidate should have strong field sales experience and the ability to convert prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads and achieve sales targets for residential projects.
· Handle client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
· Convert inquiries into bookings and revenue.
· Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
· Follow up regularly with potential buyers for closure.
· Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal completion.
· Maintain sales MIS and daily activity reports.
Required Skills
· 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (preferred).
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment
· Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
