Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients based on business requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture relationships.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business communication materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Support client onboarding and coordination activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and engagement targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
