Job Summary:
E-commerce & Marketplace Executive to take ownership of InBody India's consumer business, with a primary focus on the InBody Dial product line. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces while managing product listings, promotions, pricing, content, customer experience, and overall channel performance. The position will also support digital marketing initiatives and coordinate cross-functional activities to enhance brand visibility, improve conversion rates, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, digital marketing, and online sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Channel Management:
- Manage and grow sales across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Identify and develop new e-commerce and marketplace opportunities to expand InBody India's online presence.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and overall channel performance.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace account health.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Sales Growth & Marketplace Management:
- Take ownership of sales targets, revenue growth, and overall business performance of the InBody Dial product line.
- Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversion and online sales performance.
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing:
- Lead affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, affiliates, and content creators.
- Coordinate collaboration agreements, contracts, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Build long-term partnerships and evaluate campaign ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Online Sales
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimization, and marketplace operations
- Experience with influencer collaborations or social media campaigns
- Experience with sales reporting and performance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership of business targets
