Job Title: HR Manager
Job Location: Jayanagar 4th block, Bengaluru

Salary: 50,000 - 1,00,000 per month
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people practices, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Candidates with experience in IT, Real Estate, or related industries are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture programs.
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain market competitiveness.
- Provide HR business partnering support to senior leadership and department heads.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
- Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
- Support change management and organizational transformation projects.
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team while fostering a positive workplace environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial HR role.
- Candidates from IT and Real Estate sectors are preferred and encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
