Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Business Development • Spearhead business development activities & closing deals targeting CXOs, Innovation Heads, HR/L&D Leaders, Operations, and Safety executives in priority sectors. • Develop account strategies, long-term relationships, and industry-specific go-to-market (GTM) plans for immersive solutions. 2. Consultative Selling • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to align AR/VR/XR capabilities with client business objectives. • Partner with technical teams for tailored proposals, interactive demos, and ROI-focused presentations to senior stakeholders. 3. Pipeline & Outbound Execution • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, multi-channel outreach (email, calls, networking), and structured follow-ups. • Qualify opportunities from initial contact through to proposal stage with disciplined CRM management. 4. Revenue Accountability • Manage complete sales lifecycle: qualification, negotiation, contract finalization, and closure. • Achieve and exceed revenue targets with accurate forecasting and detailed sales reporting. Essential Qualifications • 3+ years proven success in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in AR/VR, emerging technologies, IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation. • Demonstrated ability to close mid-to-large enterprise deals; comfortable engaging C-suite executives. • Proficiency in outbound prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, consultative storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Structured, target-oriented mindset with excellent communication. Desirable Experience • Direct exposure to AR/VR/XR solutions, simulation training, digital twins, 3D visualization, or AI enterprise applications. • Background in technology consulting or L&D platforms. Success Metrics • Consistent pipeline generation and conversion rates. • Achievement of quarterly/annual revenue targets. • Establishment of strategic enterprise partnerships.
