About the Role
Bravemind Digital Institute is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor & Social Media Executive to assist prospective students with course information, admissions, and student support while contributing to the institute's digital marketing activities.
The role involves interacting with students and parents, managing inquiries, supporting admissions, and participating in the creation of educational and promotional content for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain student records and admission-related documentation.
- Assist in creating social media content including Instagram Reels, short videos, and promotional posts.
- Participate in educational, informational, and promotional video content when required.
- Support branding and marketing activities of the institute.
- Assist with general office and student support activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, WhatsApp, Email)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents
- Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Ability to participate in content creation activities
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in counseling, customer service, telecalling, sales, reception, or social media management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
