We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise platform solutions. You will focus on bidirectional integrations, AWS environment connections, Event Management, and CMDB administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Integrations & APIs: Design and maintain bidirectional integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripted web services.
* AWS Integration: Build and manage automated integrations between ServiceNow and AWS services.
* Event & Incident Management: Configure ServiceNow Event Management, including event rules, alert correlation, and automated incident generation.
* Scripting & Development: Custom-code solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Scheduled Jobs.
* CMDB & DevOps: Maintain CMDB health, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules. Support automated DevOps Change Management workflows.
* Service Catalog & ITSM:Build Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and multi-stage approval/fulfillment workflows across core ITSM modules.
Required Qualifications
* Strong hands-on ServiceNow development, administration, and JavaScript scripting experience.
* Proven track record building bidirectional integrations and connecting ServiceNow with AWS.
* Expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Event Management.
* Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and data reconciliation.
* Solid grasp of core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration).
* Experience with ServiceNow DevOps Change Management and Service Catalog design.
Pay: ₹452,896.67 - ₹1,731,510.87 per year
