Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Estimation Engineer with experience in MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, and reviewing electrical drawings for commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates based on tender drawings and specifications.
- Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from electrical and MEP drawings.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
- Estimate material, labor, and project costs.
- Prepare and submit tender documents.
- Review electrical layouts, SLDs, lighting, power, and cable routing drawings.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
- Maintain estimation records and project cost reports.
