Handle inbound calls from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications
Assist customers with airline reservations using booking systems (e.g., Amadeus or other GDS)
Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel guidelines
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Upsell additional services such as seat selection, meals, and travel insurance (if applicable)
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies and quality standards during all interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
