What you’ll actually do
1. Build the Team (Talent Magnet Mode)
- Hunt, attract, and close high-quality candidates across functions
- Create hiring systems that scale with us
- Make candidates want to join us
2. Own the Employee Lifecycle
- From offer letter → onboarding → growth → exit
- Make every step feel structured, fair, and human
3. Create HR Policies (But Not Boring Ones)
- Design policies that are:
- Clear
- Practical
- Culture-first
- Balance discipline with flexibility
4. Run the Engine
- Attendance & leave tracking
- Payroll coordination
- Offer letters, contracts, compliance
- Performance frameworks
5. Shape Culture & Energy
- Build rituals, not rules
- Keep the team aligned, motivated, and accountable
- Be the bridge between founders and team
Who this role is for
- You don’t like traditional HR—you think it’s broken
- You care about people AND performance
- You can handle chaos and bring structure
- You’re comfortable working directly with founders
- You want to build something from 0 → 100
