Job Summer
We are seeking ay*n experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in the Restaurant, QSR, Café, or Hospitality industry*. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and leadership hiring, along with an established network of candidates and a proven ability to fill positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions.
- Handle bulk hiring for Team Members, Kitchen Staff, Waiters, Baristas, Captains, Restaurant Managers, and Corporate roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, referrals, consultancies, and personal networks.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining hiring quality.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Work closely with Operations Managers to understand manpower requirements.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
- 4–7 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in the Restaurant, QSR, Café, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage industry is mandatory.
- Candidates must have worked continuously for at least 4–5 years with a single organization.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and WorkIndia.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong and active recruitment pipeline within the Restaurant/QSR industry.
- Can source quality candidates through personal networks, referrals, consultants, and recruitment portals.
- Has a proven track record of closing positions within deadlines.
- Is target-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Possesses excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
