Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible AC Operator for the Maintenance Department. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining air conditioning systems, HVAC equipment, and related utilities to ensure smooth functioning and comfort within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor centralized AC/HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of AC units.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor electrical and mechanical faults.
- Maintain temperature and ventilation standards in assigned areas.
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisors for repair work.
- Maintain daily logbooks and maintenance records.
- Ensure proper functioning of chillers, AHU, FCU, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
- Follow safety and maintenance protocols.
- Assist in breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and centralized AC systems
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance knowledge
- Ability to handle maintenance tools and equipment
- Time management and teamwork skills
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Electrician Trade
- HVAC certification preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
