- Minimum 1 year of Desktop/Field Support experience
- Own Bike (Mandatory)
- Valid Driving Licence (Mandatory)
- Comfortable with 100% Field Support
- Immediate or Short Notice candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
- Windows 10/11 Installation & Configuration
- Hardware Replacement (RAM, HDD/SSD, Motherboard, Keyboard, Battery, Display)
- Printer Installation & Troubleshooting
- Basic Networking (LAN, IP Configuration, Wi-Fi, Switch Connectivity)
- Active Directory & Office 365 Support
- ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, Freshservice)
- Asset Management & Vendor Coordination
