Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Diamond Grader to evaluate and assess the quality of diamonds and gemstones. The candidate will be responsible for grading stones based on industry standards and ensuring accurate quality control before sales or certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine diamonds and gemstones using tools such as loupe and microscope
- Evaluate stones based on the 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat
- Identify inclusions, blemishes, and other imperfections
- Verify authenticity and ensure stones match certification details
- Sort and categorize diamonds based on quality and pricing
- Maintain grading reports and documentation
- Work closely with procurement and sales teams
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of diamond grading standards (4Cs)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use grading tools (loupe, microscope, scales)
- Basic knowledge of gemstones and jewellery
- Good analytical and observation skills
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
