Job Summary
Sri Balaji Nirman is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in execution, coordination, quality control, and project planning while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and execute all MEP activities at construction sites.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Review MEP drawings and identify design clashes before execution.
- Monitor installation of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare material requisitions and coordinate procurement activities.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with civil teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP services.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, NBC, and construction quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Qualification :
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial building projects.
Preferred Candidate :
- Experience in building construction projects is mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Work Location: East Marredpally, Secunderabad, Hyderabad.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
