Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the role of GM / VP Sales – Curd & Paneer to lead business growth across Western UP & Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of dairy/FMCG sales operations, and proven expertise in channel sales and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall sales operations for the Curd & Paneer business
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
- Manage distributors, dealers, and key account relationships
- Drive market expansion and business development initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams
- Build and lead high-performing regional sales teams
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management review
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Extensive experience in Dairy/FMCG sales operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Expertise in distributor and channel sales management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Dairy industry
- Prior experience in the Curd & Paneer category preferred
- Strong market exposure in Western UP & Delhi NCR
- Proven track record in sales growth and business expansion
- Experience in handling regional/zonal sales teams preferred
Pay: ₹832,001.14 - ₹2,322,617.41 per year
