Position Overview
The HR Assistant will be responsible for managing the organization’s talent pipeline, overseeing end-to-end intern programs, and coordinating volunteer engagement. This role ensures smooth processes, clear communication, and effective management of people resources to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Recruitment: Manage the full cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.
▪ Intern Management: Handle enquiries, coordinate with Program Managers, schedule interviews, oversee onboarding, verify documents, and issue internship certificates.
▪ Volunteer Management: Develop engagement strategies, manage enquiries, maintain volunteer data, and organize appreciation initiatives.
▪ Other HR Responsibilities: Verify staff documents, complete joining formalities, and support additional HR tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
▪ 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
▪ Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
Skills
▪ Professional communication and interpersonal skills. (Written and verbal
Communication skill in English and Marathi is required)
▪ Structured approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
▪ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with interns, volunteers, and
staff.
▪ Commitment to organizational values and people-centric management.
▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
