Role Overview
The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the Business Correspondent (BC) channel by acquiring and managing BCs, DSAs, and channel partners. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing through the Business Correspondent (BC) channel.
* Identify, onboard, and manage Business Correspondents (BCs), DSAs, and channel partners.
* Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
* Develop strong relationships with SMEs, self-employed customers, local connectors, and property consultants.
* Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
* Ensure high portfolio quality through prudent sourcing and early delinquency management.
* Adhere to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal compliance policies.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sourcing strategies.
* Conduct regular training and engagement sessions for BC partners.
* Track partner productivity and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Educational Qualification
* Minimum: Graduate (Any Discipline)
* Preferred: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance
Experience Required
* 2–5 years of experience in BFSI Sales.
* Preferred experience in:
* Loan Against Property (LAP)
* Mortgage Loans
* Secured Lending
* Business Correspondent (BC) Channel
* DSA Channel Management
* Field Sales
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
* Knowledge of secured lending and basic property evaluation.

* Ability to work in a field sales environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
