Job Description :
The Relationship manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships for Equities (D-Mat/Trading accounts) and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients through direct sales efforts, networking, and referrals.

Develop and execute strategies to increase client base and revenues across financial products.

Manage and grow relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.

Meet assigned sales targets for revenue and client acquisition.

Coordinate with internal departments for seamless client onboarding, KYC, and service support.

Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

Proven sales track record in financial services, broking, or wealth management.

Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of financial markets (equity & deviations).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience Range: 1 – 5 years
Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate (B.COM, MBA) in Business, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in financial product sales, preferably in broking or wealth management.
