Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and generating qualified leads through effective SEO strategies. The role involves off-page SEO, link-building, AI-assisted content generation, content publishing, and implementing basic on-page SEO improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Off-Page SEO
- Execute off-page SEO strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
- Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, business listings, profile creation, niche directories, and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor backlink quality and remove or disavow harmful links when required.
- Research new backlink opportunities and competitor link-building strategies.
Link Building
- Develop and execute white-hat link-building campaigns.
- Coordinate with external websites, bloggers, and publishers for backlink acquisition.
- Track backlink performance and maintain link-building reports.
- Ensure all backlinks comply with Google's SEO guidelines.
AI Content Generation
- Generate SEO-friendly content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Optimize AI-generated content with relevant keywords, headings, internal links, and metadata.
- Collaborate with the content team to create blogs, landing pages, course pages, and educational content.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, plagiarism-free, and optimized for AI search engines.
Content Uploading
- Upload and publish content through the website backend or content management system.
- Optimize URLs, image alt tags, schema (where applicable), and page structure before publishing.
- Ensure published content is mobile-friendly and follows SEO best practices.
Basic SEO Fixes
- Perform basic on-page SEO optimization for existing and new web pages.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text, and internal linking.
- Identify and resolve common SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate metadata, redirects, and crawl errors.
Work Location: Learntech Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
