Hiring for Quality Control
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures at site
- Conduct inspections of civil works (PCC, RCC, masonry, finishing) as per drawings and standards
- Check and approve incoming materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.)
- Perform and monitor site tests (slump test, cube test, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (ITP, checklists, reports, NCRs)
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and client requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective & preventive actions
- Conduct internal quality audits and inspections
- Ensure proper method statements and SOP implementation
- Support project team during final inspection and handover
Required Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 8-152 years experience in residential / commercial construction projects
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and documentation
- Familiarity with IS standards and quality practices
