Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Real Estate Telecaller to contact potential customers, generate leads, and schedule property site visits. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to potential buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for interested clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maintain engagement.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and local language(s).
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
