Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Program Governance Lead / Enterprise PMO Lead to drive enterprise-level governance, execution oversight, and strategic program alignment across critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in large-scale program management, portfolio governance, executive reporting, risk management, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires the ability to establish standardized governance frameworks, monitor delivery performance, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership to ensure successful program execution and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead governance for critical-track initiatives, including governance cadence, stage gates, escalations, and executive reviews.
- Define, monitor, and manage delivery, risk, financial, and outcome-based metrics.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable executive reports, dashboards, and strategic insights.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-functional risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting program delivery.
- Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to drive accountability, governance, and decision-making.
- Establish and enforce PMO standards, governance processes, tools, and best practices across programs.
- Drive portfolio alignment and dependency management across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with KPIs, OKRs, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate change control processes, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure effective execution.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO Governance, or Enterprise Portfolio Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs and governance initiatives.
- Strong expertise in executive reporting, governance frameworks, and portfolio management.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and program performance metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Agile and Hybrid delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with PMO and portfolio management tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certifications preferred.
- Experience in enterprise transformation or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of financial governance and benefits realization tracking.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
