About the Role
As an HR Associate, you’ll be part of the core Human Resources team that drives employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. You’ll support daily HR activities - from on boarding and data management to employee welfare and compliance - ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
On-boarding & Induction: Assist in conducting on-boarding programs and maintaining on-boarding documentation.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure data accuracy in the HRMS.
Employee Engagement: Support in organizing engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain statutory compliance records and assist in audits when required.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
Training Support: Coordinate training schedules and maintain attendance and feedback records.
Reporting: Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis for management review.

Qualifications
■ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
■ 3-5 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
■ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
■ Good understanding of HR systems, employment law, and HR processes.
■ Proficiency in HRMS systems.
■ A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
