Key Responsibilities
- Manage rubber product development projects from concept to production.
- Coordinate with design, R&D, production, quality, procurement, and sales teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee rubber compounding, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and solve technical issues during project execution.
- Communicate project progress to management and customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
