Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Executive – Customer Relationship with a strong background in Production/Project roles, followed by experience in customer-facing functions such as Sales or Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and presentations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
- 5–6 years of professional experience, with a background transitioning from Production/Project roles into Customer Relationship, Sales, or Marketing
- Proven ability to communicate, and influence at various organizational levels, from technical staff to executive management
- High proficiency in creating and delivering professional presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various levels of the organization
- Coordinate with internal teams (Proposal, process, sales) to ensure timely delivery and service
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Monitor customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
