About the Role :-
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to contribute to next-generation AI systems and scalable backend solutions. This role involves building robust APIs, optimizing backend infrastructure, supporting AI-powered developer tools and collaborating with research teams to improve software development workflows.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Design, develop and optimize REST & GraphQL APIs for scalable applications
- Build secure and efficient backend services with strong error handling and validation
- Plan database migrations, schema improvements and performance optimizations
- Test AI-powered coding models and provide actionable technical feedback
- Analyze developer workflows, identify improvements and contribute to AI model evaluation
- Collaborate with research teams through technical discussions and detailed reporting
- Provide insights through testing feedback, bug reports and performance analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- 3+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong expertise in Python development
- Hands-on experience with RESTful & GraphQL APIs
- Advanced knowledge of backend architecture, API security and data validation
- Experience with database migrations, schema design and performance tuning
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor preferred)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred Qualifications :-
- Open-source contributions (GitHub projects, libraries etc.)
- Experience with developer tools, experimental platforms or AI workflows
- Interest in AI advancements and software engineering innovation
