Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and scale the recruitment function. This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end hiring process, developing effective talent strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Understand hiring needs and create workforce plans in collaboration with department heads.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team.
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity and efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to recruiters on sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
3. End-to-End Recruitment
- Oversee sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Review and shortlist candidates for critical roles.
- Ensure smooth coordination of interviews and timely feedback loops.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
- Manage relationships with external consultants and recruitment agencies.
5. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee communication related to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
6. Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and conversion ratios.
- Generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems.
7. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Strengthen employer branding through social media and hiring campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
