The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading the branch admissions and sales team to achieve student enrollment targets while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. The role includes planning and executing sales strategies, driving business development initiatives, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, monitoring daily performance, conducting regular training and motivation sessions, fostering teamwork and accountability, maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and parents, coordinating promotional activities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the branch achieves its overall business objectives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
