Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver a great candidate experience — helping CasaNode grow with the right people.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Draft and post job descriptions on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and manage employer branding on these platforms
Source candidates for technical roles (automation engineers, KNX/Casambi programmers, electrical/ELV technicians) and business roles (sales, project coordination, accounts)
Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds and assess candidate fit on skills, salary expectations, and notice period
Maintain an organised candidate database and recruitment tracker (Excel/ATS)
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; follow up promptly at every stage
Handle offer letters, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities
Support basic HR operations: attendance, leave records, and employee engagement activities as needed
Build relationships with consultants, colleges, and industry networks for ongoing talent pipelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of recruitment experience; experience hiring for engineering, electrical, ELV, or building-automation roles is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) and Boolean search
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus)
Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers and reports
Nice to Have
Exposure to HR generalist functions (payroll coordination, compliance basics)
Familiarity with the lighting, automation, AV, or construction/MEP industry
