Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA in HR / Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll management, and HR operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage HR activities independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRIS tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.
- Prior experience in a standalone HR role or startup environment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
