Eligibility:
MBA Degree in Human Resources Management from renowned University
8+ years’ experience in academic HR
Expertise in HR policies and procedures of Universities under guidance of UGC
Strong knowledge of hiring processes in academics
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations of Universities under UGC
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with MS Office suite and excellent communication skills.
Support the HR department in implementing programs, Offer proactive recruiting assistance, Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates, Identify ways to improve policies and procedures of the University, Prepare application and termination letters, Train and provide support to HR team members. Location- Barasat
