Position Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Mumbai (Near Saki Naka Metro Station )
Experience : 3 to 5 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Act as a liaison between the Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project participants to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and report any emerging risks to the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in the interior fit-out industry..
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
