Job Title: Collections Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end collections process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the collections team, driving recovery performance, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the collections team to achieve assigned recovery targets.
- Monitor daily collection activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recoveries.
- Review team performance through regular MIS reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve escalated customer cases and support the team in complex collection scenarios.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and collection best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve collection processes and customer experience.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Collections Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
