The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and experience in handling student counseling and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective students/parents through calls and online meetings. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads. Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities. Convert leads into successful enrollments/admissions. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular follow-ups. Build long-term relationships with customers. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Target-oriented and self-driven personality. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Eligibility Criteria 1–2 years of mandatory experience in the EdTech industry only. Graduation in any stream. Experience in business development, sales, or academic counseling preferred.
