We are looking for a Campaign Strategist who can transform business objectives into compelling communication strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, storytelling, and integrated marketing communications. You will be responsible for crafting campaign narratives that connect with audiences and drive meaningful engagement across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop communication strategies for brands, products, and marketing campaigns.
- Translate business goals into clear, impactful campaign messaging.
- Create campaign themes, concepts, and communication frameworks.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to uncover insights.
- Build brand positioning and messaging architectures.
- Prepare creative briefs for design, content, and performance teams.
- Ensure consistency of communication across digital, social, print, outdoor, and on-ground channels.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and client servicing teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Present campaign strategies and communication plans to internal teams and clients.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and derive insights for future communication strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, communication planning, advertising, or marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and audience behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop campaign concepts, messaging pillars, and storytelling frameworks.
- Experience creating creative briefs and guiding creative teams.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
Preferred Background
- Experience in advertising agencies, branding agencies, or integrated marketing firms.
- Exposure to sectors such as real estate, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
