Role overview
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for an International Sales Trainee position in Hyderabad. The selected candidates will receive process and product training before handling international customers through voice, email, or chat.
Responsibilities
- Contact international customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer details, call notes, and sales information in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution.
Training provided
- Product and service knowledge.
- International customer-handling skills.
- Sales pitch and objection-handling techniques.
- CRM and basic computer training.
- Voice, accent, pronunciation, and email etiquette.
- Quality, compliance, and process training.
- Mock calls and on-the-job training.
Eligibility
- MBA ,B Tech Any graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good spoken English and basic communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
- Comfortable working in US/UK night or rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners may be preferred
