We are looking for a Store Keeper with experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations to manage inventory efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Store Keeper
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a café, restaurant, hotel, or F&B industry. Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of inventory management software/MS Excel will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward and outward stock entries.
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries from vendors.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and non-food items following FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Coordinate with kitchen and café operations for material issuance.
- Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, invoices, and stock registers.
Skills Required
- Inventory and stock management
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO
- MS Excel and basic computer skills

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
