1. Checking and approval of Artworks. Co-ordinate with contract manufacturing sites & marketing team for approval of artworks.
2. Checking & approval of printproof /shadecards of packing material & distributions to contract manufacturing sites. Sharing final artworks with printers.
3. Preparation of PIF of packaging materials & packaging mode.
4. To Prepare finished product or Raw material specifications.
5. Review of documents received from contract manufacturing sites for each product.(Completed BMR, RMCOA, FPCOA, PV & Stability data)
6. Inspection of F.G. received from contract manufacturing sites before dispatch & preparation of inspection report.
7. Visit contract manufacturing sites during manufacturing of our products and insuring that quality procedure follow by site and report to HOD.
8. Preparation of Annual quality product review report .
9. Maintain all the control samples received from contract manufacturing sites. Check the analysis reports from outside testing lab.
EXPECTED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm having minimum 2-3 years experience.
